Jobs in Japan andd Language Related Degrees
by: John

Hi Feacel,
Thank you for your question. If you are looking to just get your feet wet in teaching in Japan, meaning you are looking for an entry level position, then your degree will do just fine. In fact, because you have a masters degree, this will put you way ahead of others with bachelors degrees. To clarify a bit more, any 4 year degree is enough to meet your visa and sponsorship requirements. In fact, I know music majors who lined up work teaching ESL and their real passion besides experiencing Japan's unique culture was playing the trombone! So you are good to go.
I hope this helps and cheers and good luck!
