Native English teacher to work alongside Japanese partnerteacher in International Kindergarten. Teachers teach their own classes daily, and are responsible for planning and teaching activities, games and crafts to assist the children with their English development.

English Plus Bambi Bilingual Kindergarten

Full-time position. Teach kindergarten age children ages 3-6 weekday mornings, 9:00 to 1:00 (Friday 1:30), and elementary age children afternoons. Kindergarten class is a partial immersion setting, encompassing a wide variety of activities including dramatic play, free creative crafts, organized craft times, free outdoor play, lunch and snack cooking in child-size custom kitchen. Lots of Songs, dancing, talking and laughing with the kids! Afternoon PLS classes are conversation classes for students who attend once per week. These classes may take place on or off premises, with a number being held at our parent school location in Showa-cho, approx 15 minutes away. Specific ongoing training is provided for both types of classes.Working Hours 8:30-5:30 Mon and Fri, 9:00-6:00 Tue, Wed and Fri., with an hour for lunch. Some weekend work is required for special events throughout the year.
